The terms Kordn is offered on.

The service
Kordn (bizagentregistry.com), operated by Dropchain, makes an AI agent for a business from its public website, lists it in a public directory, and lets the business claim and manage it. The WordPress plugin and the apps for Wix and Shopify put signposts to that agent on the business’s own site. By using any of these you agree to these terms.
Agents answer; they do not commit
An agent answers from the business’s published pages and says so to visitors. It is not the business and cannot bind it: it does not take bookings, confirm availability, quote unpublished prices or make promises. Answers may be wrong or out of date; a visitor should confirm anything that matters with the business.
Claiming an agent
Only someone who controls a business’s website or its published email address may claim its agent, by the checks Kordn asks for. A business that does not want an agent can remove it from its agent page at any time, and may keep Kordn’s reader out with a robots.txt rule for KordnBot.
Your site, your plugin settings
The plugin and apps change only what they say they change: the signposts to the agent. You choose where and how the two visitor lines appear, and you can take everything off again with one button, or by uninstalling. You are responsible for what your own site publishes, which is what your agent answers from.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kordn to impersonate a business you do not control, to make an agent for a site you have no right to represent, to send abusive or unlawful content through an agent, or to overload the service with automated requests.
Availability and changes
Kordn is offered as it is, free of charge for now, without a promise of uninterrupted service. We may change or withdraw features, and will say so on the pages concerned. We are not liable for losses arising from an agent’s answer, from the service being unavailable, or from a site’s own content.
Privacy
What Kordn reads, keeps and shares is set out in the privacy policy.
